How to Calculate the Rate
You will be charged the estimated rental rate, based on the scheduled rental days and charges for special equipment before departure. The balance will be adjusted as necessary after you return the car. A prescribed penalty will be charged if you exceed your scheduled rental hours without prior notice.
Total rate is calculated as follows (tax included 10%)
Total amount = Daily rates (Multipled by discount rate) + Service fee (Multiplied by the number of days)

The following optional fees are chargeable:
- Insurance – Exclusion of Liability Compensation Fee (Voluntary Enrollment)
- Accessories and Options (child seats, outdoor items etc.)
- Custom Pick-up/Return Location Service (only available between Kansai Airport and Osaka City)
Fuel Charge
Gasoline (or diesel) will be provided with a full tank when you rent a vehicle*1. For our customers’ convenience, you don’t have to return the vehicle with a full tank, but you will be charged a fuel fee as follows if the tank is not full:

*1 If you choose a custom location to pick up the car, please note that the fuel tank will be full when it leaves our shop, but it may not be completely full when you receive it due to the distance between our shop and your preferred pickup location.
*2 Current Fuel Unit Cost (From 2024 June) : Regular 190yen/L, Premium 200yen/L
* Various discounts are not applicable to fuel costs.
