How the price is calculated
- The rental time runs from your pick-up time to your return time, rounded up to the next full hour.
- For up to 3, 6 or 12 hours, the short-rental rate applies where the car has one. Otherwise the 24-hour rate applies.
- Over 24 hours, you pay the 24-hour rate plus the extra-24-hour rate for each further 24 hours or part of it. For example, 30 hours is charged as 24 hours plus one extra 24 hours.
- There is no mileage limit.
- The booking page shows the exact total for your dates before you pay.
If you need more time, contact us as early as possible to extend. A penalty applies if you return late without telling us.
Payment and deposit
- Pay online when you book, by credit card or PayPal.
- Choose to pay the full rental fee, or a booking deposit of 30% of it (at most ¥50,000). Any balance is paid at pick-up.
- Separately, at pick-up we hold up to ¥100,000 on your credit card as a security deposit for expressway (ETC) tolls, fuel, and speeding or parking fines. It is settled and the rest released within 4 weeks of return.
Not included in the rate
Delivery and collection
To Kansai Airport, a station or your hotel: ¥5,500 per trip, free for rentals of 3 days or more. Choose the place when you book.
Insurance (required)
Not included in the rate: added to every booking per 24 hours (see each car above). It waives the Non-Operation Charge (NOC).
Options, fuel and tolls
Extra options such as child seats, fuel and expressway tolls are charged separately.
First booking? With a referral code from an existing customer you get 20% off the rental fee.
Fuel
The car is supplied with a full tank. You do not need to refill it before returning; if the tank is not full, we charge for fuel as follows:

- Fuel price today, per litre: DIESEL 軽油 ¥170 · REGULAR レギュラー ¥190 · HI-OCTANE ハイオク ¥200.
- Discounts do not apply to fuel.
- If we deliver the car to you, the tank is full when it leaves our shop but may not be completely full when you receive it.
Changes and cancellation
You can change your booking up to 48 hours before pick-up. Cancellation charges depend on how early you cancel and are at most ¥6,000. See booking terms.
